Ingredients

fresh ginger
grated
Juice of 1/2 lemon
1/4

warm water

raw honey

of cayenne pepper

Instructions
Wash and peel the ginger, then grate it finely.
Add the grated ginger to a small glass or heat-safe cup.
Squeeze in the juice of half a lemon.
Add warm (not boiling) water.
Stir in raw honey if you'd like a smoother taste.
Add a pinch of cayenne for an extra metabolism boost.
Strain if desired and drink immediately.
