Digital Products
All purchases of digital items (downloads, eBooks, journals, trackers, devotionals, and online courses) are delivered instantly after payment. Since they cannot be physically “returned,” all digital sales are considered final.
Refunds May Be Issued Only If:
- Duplicate Purchase: You were charged twice for the same product.
- Technical Issues: Download links or files are corrupted and cannot be replaced.
- Unauthorized Payment: Your payment method was used without your consent.
⚠️ Requests must be submitted within 7 calendar days of your purchase.
Non-Refundable Items:
- Digital downloads once delivered
- Online courses or challenges after access has been granted
- Memberships or subscriptions once login access is issued
Coaching Services
By booking coaching sessions, you are reserving dedicated time on our calendar. Because that time cannot be reassigned, coaching services are non-refundable once scheduled.
Instead, we offer flexibility:
- Rescheduling: Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice.
- Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may be forfeited.
- Packages & Programs: Multi-session packages and group programs are non-refundable once they begin.
Exchanges & Store Credit
- For digital products purchased in error, we may apply your payment toward another product.
- For coaching services, store credit may be granted only if requested before the program start date.
How to Request a Refund or Reschedule
If you believe your purchase qualifies for a refund, or if you need to reschedule a coaching session:
Please include:
- Your order number or coaching booking ID
- The product or service name
- A short description of the issue
Our team will respond within 2–3 business days.
EU & UK Customers
If you reside in the EU or UK: by accessing our digital products immediately or beginning a scheduled coaching session, you agree to waive your right of withdrawal under consumer law.
