1. How do I access my digital products?
After purchase, you’ll receive an email with your download link or login details. Be sure to check your spam or promotions folder if it doesn’t arrive within 5 minutes.
2. Do I need special software to open the files?
No. Our PDFs and MP3s work on any phone, tablet, or computer. Courses are delivered through a secure login with lifetime access.

4. Are refunds available?
Because our products are delivered digitally or printed on-demand, all sales are final. Please review product descriptions carefully before purchase.

5. Do you ship internationally?
Yes. Our books are available through Amazon and Lulu. Amazon ships to most major countries, while Lulu uses a global print network that makes delivery faster and more affordable in many regions.
6. How long does shipping take?
Delivery times vary by location. In the U.S., books typically arrive in 3–7 business days. International delivery may take 7–21 business days depending on region.

7. Do you offer coaching in addition to books and products?

8. Can I bundle coaching with digital products?

10. Do I have lifetime access to my course?
Yes! Once you purchase a course, you’ll have lifetime access to all materials and any future updates.

11. Can I share my downloads with others?
No. Your purchase is licensed for individual use only. Please encourage friends or colleagues to get their own copy.
12. Do I get commercial rights to use your templates or resources?
Unless otherwise noted, all products are for personal use only. For business licensing, please contact us.
