Turkey Veggie Bowl

- 1 Non-Stick Ceramic Skillet
- 1 4-Quart Non-Stick Saucepan / Sauté Pan
- 1 Wooden Spoon Set
- 1 Vegetable Chopper / Dicer
- 1 Rice Cooker or Instant Pot
Ingredients
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- ½ tsp smoked paprika
- ½ tsp sea salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
Instructions
- (Add each step as a new instruction)
- Heat olive oil in a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
- Add ground turkey and cook until browned, breaking it apart gently as it cooks.
- Season the turkey with garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, sea salt, and black pepper. Stir well.
- Add bell pepper, zucchini, and onion. Sauté for 5–7 minutes until vegetables are tender but still vibrant.
- Stir in fresh spinach and cook for 1–2 minutes until wilted.
- Remove from heat and let rest for 5 minutes.
